NAS Introduces Scholarship for Seneca College Students
NAS founds scholarship for future real estate appraisers at Seneca: Nationwide Appraisal Services Award.
MARKHAM, ON, August 18, 2021 — Nationwide Appraisal Services (NAS), Canada’s largest SaaS platform in the appraisal industry and a leading global Appraisal Management Company (AMC), is proud to announce the founding of the Nationwide Appraisal Services Award - a scholarship in support of the education of future real estate appraisers at Seneca.
Launching in the 2021/22 academic year, the Nationwide Appraisal Services Award will be offered to students in the Real Property Administration (Assessment & Appraisal) (RPA) program at Seneca, a leading entry point into the property valuation sector. Students enrolled in the program that have requested financial support and have maintained a minimum GPA of 3.0 will be eligible for the scholarship. Applications can be submitted through Seneca.

The scholarship comes as the latest initiative by NAS to support the future of the appraisal industry, following the launch of the NAS Mentorship Program. The Mentorship Program provides compensation for experienced real estate appraisers to take on mentorship roles and help introduce and guide Candidate Appraisers.
